An Access1Source New Client
Specialist (NCS) will set-up your business in the Access1Source system and
load in your current and past employees including their YTD pay history.
When it is time to enter payroll, after a simple login at www.access1source-az.com,
you will follow the simple screens and displays.
Salary employees can be set up to pay automatically.
Once the data has been entered, individual employee paychecks can
be viewed right on screen or printed with the Access1Source real-time
Gross-to-Net feature. This
will greatly reduce errors and costly re-processing.
From
this point, Access1Source will take over.
We will finalize the payroll, process employee direct deposits,
print paychecks, and run all of the reports you have requested.
We deposit your Federal, State, and local payroll taxes and file
your monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll tax reports.
Access1Source will assume complete responsibility for the accuracy
and timeliness of all deposits and returns.
Access1Source includes automatic enrollment in the Electronic
Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) and meets IRS requirements for
companies that must deposit form 940 and 941 taxes electronically.
